Conference Registration Entitlements

Attendees will receive their registration pack including bag, program and name badge in Adelaide at the conference Registration Desk. Your entitlements include:
* Conference Plenary Sessions
* Welcome Supper and Cocktails - Thursday evening
* Opening night entertainment spectacular
* Themed lunches Friday & Saturday utilising fresh regional produce
* Conference Gala Dinner Saturday Evening

Important Dates

* 31st March 2010, "Early Bird" Registration Closing Date
* 21st March 2011, Registration closing Date
* 7th April 2011, Conference start Date, 6pm Thursday evening

  


How to Register

If you do not wish to pay by credit card online,
please download and print out a Registration Form
by clicking on the "PDF Registration Form" icon.
Return your completed registration form with payment
to your On-to-conference chairman who will forward it to:

Options for payment are:
* Cheque made payable to “Rotary District 9810 Conference”
* Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

In the event of cancellation, full refund of registration fee will be granted up to 21 March 2011 provided that notice of cancellation is received in writing. All request for refunds must be made in writing and addressed to Jan Pearce, Conference Register. PO  Box  4360, Doncaster East, VIC 3109. Applicants for cancellation received after this date may be refunded at a reduced rate at the discretion of the Conference Committee.
